PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EER amplifier for precisely synchronizing both signals of the amplitude component and the phase component of an input signal. SOLUTION: An electronic amplifier separates an input signal from an input terminal 1 into a phase signal and an amplitude signal, performs power amplification over the phase signal, and performs amplitude modulation on the basis of voltage, with respect to an amplitude signal to output an amplifier signal. In so doing, at a signal input part 2, calibration signals Sin1 and Sin2 for measuring a circuit passage timeτof a signal and the phase delay time of the amplitude signal, with respect to the phase signal. A phase difference calculating part 11 computes the circuit passage timeτand the phase delay time▵, on the basis of the calibration signal and the amplifier signal of the calibration signal. A phase shift control unit 12 controls the phase amount of a phase signal, according to the phase delay time▵computed by the phase difference calculating part 11.
