A pipe connecting device with a triangular clamping unit is provided to prevent the reduction of clamping force when strain is generated in a pipe by passing bolts through penetration holes, thereby preventing loosening of the bolts due to an impact of the outside. A pipe connecting device with a triangular clamping unit comprises: a band(700) surrounding two pipes(10) brought in touch with each other; one side clamping unit(100) including one side circumferential part(110) welded to the band, a first one side inclined part(120) slantly projected to the outside from the one side circumferential part, a second one side inclined part(130) having a triangle shape together with the first one side inclined part, and one side penetration hole(100a) straightly passing through the first and second one side inclined parts; other side clamping unit(200) including other side circumferential part(210) welded to the band, and other side supporting part having other side penetration hole(200a); bolts(300) including a body(310) having a thread formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a bolt head formed to a size larger than the penetration hole; and nuts(400) formed to a size larger than the penetration hole.
