An electric lamp and a street light are provided to improve the advertising effect by rotating an advertising board through an air pump. Pipes(9,10,12,13) are formed with the duplex configuration. The water(1) is filled in an internal space of the pipe. A model goldfish(4) is made of the plastic. The model goldfish is placed in the internal space of the pipe. The air is injected to the internal space of the pipe by an air pump. The model goldfish moves in the internal space of the pipe by the buoyancy of the air. The water is discharged from or filled in the internal space of the pipe according to the music. The landscape or the animal drawing is made of styrofoam. The landscape or the animal drawing is placed in the internal space of the pipe. The pipe is adhered to the pillar of a building, the streetlight or the electric pole. |
