A radiation detector with excellent cooling and frost preventing effect of a semiconductor sensor is provided to improve the life span and to maintain the appropriate temperature by transmitting heat of a thermoelectric element along a housing made of aluminium material. A radiation detector with excellent cooling and frost preventing effect of a semiconductor sensor is composed of a housing(110) made of aluminium material, a detecting unit formed in the housing, a heat transmitting unit(400) whose one side is cooled and the other side is heated, and a cooling part(600) cooling the heat generated in a thermoelectric element of the heat transmitting unit. A plurality of semiconductor sensors(370) are mounted in a mother board(350). The semiconductor sensor, a ceramic board and a cooling tip are formed integrally. The cooling tip is contacted with the heat transmitting unit through the mother board.
