A digital photographing device simplifying a manufacturing process is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and simplify a manufacturing process by reducing the number of components. A digital photographing device comprises a main printed circuit board(50) and a telescopic part(60). The main printed circuit board, an image pickup device converting the light energy which is income into the signal electrical, is directly adhered. A telescopic unit unites with the main printed circuit board. The digital photographing device is formed so that the first contact terminal and the second contact terminal directly contact. The first contact terminal is formed in the single-side of the telescopic unit. The second contact terminal is formed in the single-side of the main printed circuit board.
