A brake pad with a heat-emit function and a dry function is provided to minimize gas generation amount because the heat generated caused by contact of a brake disk and a brake pad is rapidly emitted. A brake pad(100) with a heat-emit function and a dry function comprises a brake disk which is connected to a drive shaft of an automobile and rotate together, a caliper which is installed in one side of the brake disk, a brake pad which is selectively contacted with the brake disk inside the caliper, a frictional member(120) which is attached to the frame joined with the caliper, and a plurality of heat emitting grooves(121) which are formed in a surface of the frictional member facing to the brake disk. The heat emitting groove is coaxially arranged with the rotational center of the brake disk.
