A camera device of vehicles is provided to take the clear image by directly exposing lens of the camera out through a hole on a side mirror. A camera device for vehicles comprises: a camera(30) mounted in order to gaze steadily at the same direction as the viewing surface of a side mirror(20); a hole formed in the one part of the side mirror; an image control unit; and a display unit indicating the photographed image. The camera takes a picture of the image through the hole. The hole is formed far from a driver seat based on a central line of the side mirror. The photographed image is divided into one or two image through the image control unit. The divided picture displayed is displayed on the display unit.
