A balance shaft of vehicle is provided to remove an oil path and reduce working time by smoothly lubricating front and rear journal units through engine oil of an oil pan. A balance shaft(4) of vehicle comprises: a front oil inlet(10) opened from the inside of a front journal unit(4a) toward the center of the front journal unit along a rotational center axis(C1); a front oil outlet(20) having one end being connected to the front oil inlet and the other end being opened to the outer circumference surface; a rear oil inlet(30) opened from the inside of a rear journal unit(4b) toward the center of the rear journal unit; and an rear oil outlet(40) having one end being connected to the rear oil inlet and the other end being opened toward the outer circumference surface of the rear journal unit.
