An annealing device of a contracted film manufacturing device is provided to maintain the uniform film thickness and shape to improve the smoothness of the extended film. An annealing device of a contracted film manufacturing device comprises: an extruder fusing and extruding the synthetic resin material; an elongator forming extruded the raw material into tube shape; a transfer winding unit transferring a extended tube(4) and taking up; and a cooling roller(22) and a heating roller(21) installed between the elongator and the winding unit. The elongator extends the tube without the shrinkage in order to have the shrinkage ratio. The heating roller and cooling roller are driven by a power transmission unit(30). The heating temperature of the heating roller and cooling roller are decreased.
