A perforated panel for crack prevention and a construction method thereof are provided to manufacture and install a crack prevention member more easily at low cost. A perforated plate for crack prevention(100) is made up of a metal plate(110) in which holes(120) are punched so that burrs are made around the holes and mounting projections(130) are formed to be inserted to concrete or cement mortar. A construction method of the perforated plate comprises a step of carrying out the construction of a concrete structure having bottom and walls, a step of stacking the perforated plates on the uncured structure so that the mounting projections are inserted in concrete, and a step of finishing the structure with cement mortar and curing it.
