Provided is a synapse apparatus for applying a neuromorphic system. According to the present invention, the synapse apparatus comprises: a first resistor having one end connected to an input voltage; a synapse element connected to the other end of the first resistor and having an asymmetric synaptic property; and a second resistor connected to the synapse element in parallel. Accordingly, the synapse apparatus with a symmetric synaptic property may be provided by connecting serial/parallel resistors to the synapse element with the asymmetric synaptic property. As such, a recognition rate of the neuromorphic system may be improved based on the symmetric synaptic property.
