PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which can prevent a mask structure in a mask area from being changed in color.SOLUTION: A touch panel 1 comprises a substrate 2, a first mask structure 3 and a dense structure 4. The first mask structure 3 is disposed on a surface of the substrate 2 and divides the substrate 2 into a mask area 21 and a visible area 22 disposed adjacently to the mask area 21.
