PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a configuration in a telecommunication system that does not prevent an eNodeB from using all CCE (Control Channel Element) space, thereby saves power of a battery in UE, and efficiently uses a CCE in the case of a broadcast message.SOLUTION: A method includes transmitting a resource allocation message to a user device by a downlink control channel of a related group subset, and thereby avoids necessity for lots of UE not related to the message to decode the message. In addition, the method includes transmitting a broadcast message by a downlink control channel of a related common subset, and thereby avoids necessity to transmit the message many times.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
