PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion device base built in an infusion set for delivering a medication to an upper skin inner space of a skin surface of a user and preventing comfort of a user from being impaired.SOLUTION: An infusion device base 32 to be secured to an infusion part, comprises: at least one adhesive layer 34 to be disposed on the infusion device base at a bottom skin contact surface; at least one clasp 31 for releasably securing an activation sub assembly 12 of an inserter partially integrated with the infusion device base; and at least one clasp for securing a plunger 30 of the actuation sub assembly of the partially-integrated inserter when being driven to the infusion device base by a drive spring 18 of the actuation sub assembly of the partially-integrated inserter. The infusion device base stores the partially-integrated inserter that can insert a needle at a controlled rate of speed to a depth to deliver the medication to the upper 3 mm of skin surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
