The present invention relates to a hi-pass system having a car state information providing function to provide state information of a car to a car owner when the car passes through a hi-pass access road, to make the car owner use the hi-pass access road without a hi-pass terminal on the car, and make the car owner pay a hi-pass toll later, and a service providing method thereof. The hi-pass system having the car state information providing function and the service providing method thereof according to the present invention provide the car state information with the hi-pass toll to a mobile terminal of a member of the car owner of the corresponding car when the car passes through the hi-pass access road by receiving the car state information according to car maintenance from a car maintenance store and make the car owner pay the hi-pass toll with a post payment method through a card company registered by the member. Thus, according to the present invention, the use of the hi-pass access road can be possible without attaching the hi-pass terminal on the car and the member can easily manage the own car since previous maintenance state information is provided to a member terminal when the car uses the hi-pass access road. |
