1. A base station that communicates with a plurality of mobile stations, comprising:
a control signal generation section configured to generate control signals indicative of resource allocation information for each of the plurality of mobile stations; and a transmission section configured to transmit the generated control signals to the plurality of mobile stations, wherein, a control signal for a first mobile station in the plurality of mobile stations contains information on a second mobile station in the plurality of mobile stations, the first mobile station being used for communication between the base station and the second mobile station, and the control signal for the first mobile station contains information on the second mobile station and the information on the second mobile station is contained in resource allocation information for the first mobile station.
