PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering metal and an apparatus for recovering metal which recover metal with high efficiency and low cost from metal waste fluid.SOLUTION: A metal waste includes at least one element selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, palladium, rhodium, platinum, iridium, ruthenium, and osmium in a solution 12 including a fluoride ion. One apparatus 100 for recovering metal includes: a mixing and precipitation part 20 which precipitates metal comprising the element on silicon 14 in a storage tank 10 where the metal waste is mixed with the silicon 14; and a recovery part 30 which recovers the metal comprising the element. |
