PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule formulating apparatus, a schedule formulating method, a schedule formulating program and a recording medium recording the schedule formulating program that can improve schedules satisfying as many requirements as practicable and keeping violating outputs to the practicable minimum.SOLUTION: When a schedule satisfying a plurality of requirements is to be formulated, the total quantity of violating outputs based on requirements failing to be satisfied on account of mutually incompatible requirements has to be minimized. A schedule formulating apparatus is equipped with an affecting value calculating unit that calculates an affecting value, which means the degree of obstruction to minimization of the total quantity, for each requirement and outputs a requirement that is higher in this affecting value as the requisite for a superior position for minimizing the total quantity of violating outputs. |
