PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device devised to minimize the probability that a workpiece being transferred may be hurt or damaged in a punching action or a departure action after punched.SOLUTION: A punching device for punching a sheet-shaped workpiece comprises: a plurality of punch parts formed in a pin shape for punching said workpiece; and a die plate part including a lifting part for lifting and moving said punch parts, and an opening, into which the punch parts moved down are inserted.
