Disclosed are a support apparatus to measure a flow velocity and a flow rate, and a method to measure the flow velocity and the flow rate using image equipment. The support apparatus to measure the flow velocity and the flow rate accurately measures the flow velocity and a rate of flowing water such as a river, a lake, the sea, etc., in real-time. The support apparatus to measure the flow velocity and the flow rate comprises: two image equipment supports; a connection device located between the image equipment supports; and an angle check device which measures an angle between the front surfaces of the image equipment supports.
