PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a personal computer to utilize CATV digital data without any special wiring work in a home by providing a main radio unit having a transmission function to a home unit and configuring a bidirectional digital communication system with a terminal radio unit having a transmission reception function connecting to a personal computer unit installed in the home. SOLUTION: CATV information provided by a CATV unit HU via a CATV cable CB is sent to a conventional television receiver with a CATV 2 way communication unit CU and converted into digital data satisfying the standard processed by a personal computer at an interface section IF. A main radio unit MRU sends the converted data to a terminal unit as radio data via an antenna ANT1, and each radio terminal unit gives digital data received via an antenna to the personal computer through a PCMCIA slottle or a PCT bus or an ISA bus of the personal computer. |
