The present invention is configured to analyze the abnormality of a pipe conduit by transmitting and receiving a wireless signal in a pipe conduit. That is, the present invention relates to an analysis system and a method for abnormal occurrence early warning of underground facilities by using a wireless signal which detects the abnormal occurrence of a pipe conduit and a neighboring pipe conduit at an early stage. The analysis system for abnormal occurrence early warning of underground facilities, using a wireless signal of the present invention comprises an early warning analysis apparatus which transmits the result analyzed to at least one from an early warning monitoring server or an early warning display apparatus by analyzing the radio property of a pipe conduit and neighboring pipe conduits by transmitting and receiving a wireless signal to or from a pipe conduit.
