The present invention relates to a food conveyor. The food conveyor includes: a loading unit which loads a conveying target while the conveying target is shaped in a pan; a first inversion unit which inverts the surface of the conveying target loaded on the loading unit while partially supplying the conveying target on a conveying target support unit; a second inversion unit which receives the conveying target inverted by the first inversion unit and inverts the surface of the conveying target again to arrange the surface of the conveying target in an upward direction; a gap maintaining unit which guides the conveying target inverted by the second inversion unit in a discharging direction and adjusts a discharging gap; and an unloading unit which unloads the conveying target. According to the present invention, the food conveyor can minimize damage on sophisticated surface decoration parts by inverting the surface while being in minimal contact with a part when the surface of the conveying target such as bread including muffin is separated from the pan. The food conveyor can adjust the discharging gap of the conveying target in order to excellently cool the conveying target and arrange the loading and unloading directions to be opposite in order to reduce the space and area occupied by the apparatus. |
