摘要 The present invention relates to an implant structure for extracting three-dimensional scan data to manufacture an upper implant prosthesis and a method for manufacturing a prosthesis using the implant structure. The implant structure comprises: a fixture implanted into a jaw bone; an abutment inserted into the fixture; and a prosthesis attached to the abutment to form the exterior of a tooth, wherein the abutment includes an insertion portion inserted into the fixture and an assembly portion that protrudes toward the oral cavity and to which the prosthesis is attached, and the abutment further includes a scan cap that has a hollow portion formed therein such that the scan cap is fastened to the assembly portion of the abutment in order to calculate the location value of the fixture and abutment, which makes it possible to manufacture a prosthesis suitable for various types of implants without using a scan body.
