This stretchable wiring board comprises: a stretchable substrate; at least one stretchable wiring provided on the stretchable substrate; and a poorly stretchable member provided so as to overlap at least a portion of the stretchable wiring in the thickness direction in a planar view of the stretchable substrate. The poorly stretchable member suppresses changes in the resistance value of the stretchable wiring associated with the stretching deformation of the stretchable substrate. Thus, it is possible to ensure stable operability without affecting the operating voltage of an electronic component. |
