The present invention provides: an organic electronic element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electronic device comprising the same, wherein the organic layer comprises compounds represented by chemical formulas 1 and 2. Driving voltage can be reduced and luminous efficiency, color purity and lifetime can be improved when the organic layer of the organic electronic element comprises the compounds represented by chemical formulas 1 and 2.
