PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a ceramic substrate; a method for producing the same; and a crystal vibrator package using the ceramic substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided a ceramic substrate which is obtained by laminating a first ceramic sheet, a ceramic layer and a second ceramic sheet in this order and comprises a cavity penetrating the second ceramic sheet and the ceramic layer, wherein the ceramic layer is formed by baking a ceramic paste. In addition, the delamination phenomenon of the substrate after baking can be suppressed by improving the bondability between the first ceramic sheet and the second ceramic sheet with the ceramic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
