PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit attachable to an image forming apparatus that can ensure a creepage distance between adjacent electric contact parts without increasing the thickness of the electric contact parts.SOLUTION: A unit 7 attachable to an apparatus body 100A of an image forming apparatus 100 comprises: at least two electric contact parts 41 that are arranged at an interval on an outer surface of a frame body 18 of the unit and have a predetermined thickness t; and projection parts 43 that are each formed as a part of the frame body between the adjacent electric contact parts 41, the projection parts each formed in the same height as that of a joint boundary 45 between the electric contact part and the frame body 18 and extending in a direction to partition the adjacent electric contact parts 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
