<p>Fibres are synthetic-resin impregnated and are wound under a preset high tension. The tension is controlled so that it is equal in all the fibres. Preferably, the inner tube is of metal, ceramics, synthetics, asbestos cement, or concrete base on cement or synthetic resin. The fibre is glass, metal wire, carbon, nylon or other synthetic fibres.
