A textile web material for cleaning purposes is disclosed which includes a f leece having protruding textured surface areas, whereby the textured surface areas are pr ovided on both faces of the web material and cover the full surface of the web or parts the reof and whereby the base fleece includes textured surface areas on both sides which are stag gered and produced by structure needling. The textured surface areas can be spaced apa rt at a distance which corresponds at least to the width of the textured surface areas on the opposite side of the web, or the fleece can be provided with at least two, mutually lined lay ers of a fleece provided with textured surface areas on one side. |
