Restriction valves 26 provide a greater air flow from the end jets than from the middle ones to ensure that the limbs 2b of the loop of weft lie against the walls 16 of the tube to prevent the loop from snarling. The device is threaded by holding the end of the weft at the inlet 18 and closing a valve 22, whereby injector action by a jet 25 draws the weft in and blows it to the outlet 19. |
