PURPOSE:To separate and assay metal elements of a superconductive oxide, by a method wherein the superconductive oxide is dissolved into acid and after pH of the solution thereof is controlled within 2-7, the metal elements are separated and assayed by an electrophoresis. CONSTITUTION:A sample to be analyzed is dissolved into acid and then, pH of the acid solution is controlled to 2-7 to form a sample solution. An electrolytic liquid which contains cations with a large mobility is prepared in one electrolytic tank of a tubule type electrophoretic device while an electrolytic liquid which cations with a small mobility done in the other electrolytic tank and a sample solution is injected into an intermediate tubule section, an arrangement in which the respective solutions are placed in their order through interfaces therebetween. Under such a condition, when an electrophoresis is performed by a constant current, metal ions in the sample solution are separated sequentially in the order of mobility level and respective zones move at an equal speed with a fixed width. Thus, the zones create different potential gradients respectively thereby enabling the learning of the amount of the ions with a detector by an appropriate means. |
