Balance with asymmetrical beam - with suspended attachment which when removed trips in its blocked position

The balance has a pre-weighing device operative in the weighing beam locked position. The blocking device has a beam (14) freely rocking on a bearing (20). It has a pre-weighing beam (16) and a pre-weighing load bearing (22). If the beam (14) is overloaded by the attachment (24), it rests on a stop (34). The beam is for coarse weighing balanced by a spring (32) so that it can rock with a small amplitude. The beam (14) has a display device (36, 38, 40) which shows its balanced position.
