<p>The novel use of lower alkoxylated phenols, alkyl phenols, naphthols or alkyl naphthols as solvents for melt adhesive resins or raw materials for these is claimed. Can be utilised in cleaning appts. and equipment in which melt adhesives are manufactured or processed. The liqs. have good solvent power and and low toxicity, owing to absence of n and halogens, high flash pts. and low volatility.</p> |
