PURPOSE:To transfer an input signal to the next stage without varying its duty, by shortening a storage time by decreasing the extent of the saturation of a transistor (TR) for an interface. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is supplied to the base circuit 14 of a TR1 at the output stage of a linear circuit 11, the TR1 turns on. Electric power from a power source VCC is supplied to the base of a TR2, constituting an interface circuit, with the TR1 OFF. Then, a signal which corresponds to the switching state of the TR1 is supplied to the base of the TR3 of an I<2>L circuit 13 and a signal from the circuit 11 is transferred to an output terminal. Consequently, when the TR2 is saturated, a TR5 is turned on to shunt the base current of the TR2 to a ground point, thereby decreasing the extent of the saturation of the TR2. Thus, the storage time of the TR2 is shortened to transfer the input signal to a trailing state without varying it duty. |
