PURPOSE:To make possible the arbitrary changing of the oscillation angle characteristics with respect to current by specifying the magnetization characteristic of a rotor magnet in forming the same. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetization head 18 formed to have a leading end of a projecting shape is magnetized so as to assume S pole and a magnetization head 19 so as to assume N pole, a rotor magnet 4 consisting of Ba ferrite is magnetized, the relation phi=(ksin<2>alpha+1)cospsi is obtained between the angle of circumference alpha and magnetic flux quantity phi of the magnet 4. If such rotor magnet 4 is fixed freely turnably to a shaft 3, and DC current is flowed to a coil 9, the magnetic field wherein the magnetic field generated by this current and the magnetic field by side magnets 7, 9 are combined is generated. Attracted by this combined magnetic field, the magnet 4 turns at the angle corresponding to said current value, and a pointer 5 indicates the scale of the current value. Thereby, the formation of a linear scale or a partly magnified scale is made easy. |
