发明名称 SPRING SHAPE CHECKING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect efficiently the shape of both ends of a spring, by providing a forked flexible fiber scope, through which an optical image can be transmitted, in the incident side of an image pickup device and comparing an electric signal obtained by image pickup with a reference signal. CONSTITUTION:A base end part 9 of a fiber scope 8 is connected photoconductively to an incident part 2 of an image pickup device 1. The fiber scope is forked, and branch parts 10 and 10 are flexible at least. Object lenses 11 and 11 are provided at tips of branch parts respectively. Optical images of hook parts (b) and (b) are incident from object lenses 11 and 11 to the image pickup device 1 and are converted to electric signals and are stored in a detection image storage part 4, and they are compared with storage contents of a reference image storage part 5 by a deciding part 6. If storage contents of both storage parts 4 and 5 have a difference over an allowable range, the spring is delivered to an inferior goods carrying path in accordance with the discrimination signal from the deciding part 6 by a delivering device 7. Thus, the precision for detection of both ends of springs is improved.
