PURPOSE:To reduce the irregularity in the impact force without loss of high speed and to facilitate the manufacture of a spring charged wire dot head by forming a groove on the surface of an armature at the core side, engaging a leaf spring biased to the groove within the groove and then fixing the spring. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring 15 having a square hole 15a is engaged within a groove 13b formed at the rotating fulcrum of an armature 13, an auxiliary plate 14 is further engaged on the groove, and the spring 15 and the plate 14 are fusion-bonded to the armature 13. The spring 15 is interposed between a yoke 2 and a yoke 3, and the end surfaces of the yoke 2 and the core 5 are formed in the same plane by plane grinding. Thus, the spring 15 is biased in the amount corresponding to the thickness of the plate 14. In this manner, the spring 15 can be laser welded to the armature 13, the thermal deformation can be extremely reduced, and the plane grinding can be performed. Accordingly, the biasing force of the spring 15 can be controlled by the thickness of the plate 14, the depth of the groove 13b and the thickness of the spring 15. |
