PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the output voltage of an inverter from zero to the maximum by setting the data in a counter by a data setting circuit at every specific set period of an output signal of an oscillator and controlling the counter operating period in response to the magnitude of the data. CONSTITUTION:A PWM control inverter is formed with GTO 3-8 having self- extinguishing capacity. An interrupt signal is applied to a microcomputer 105 from an interrupt signal circuit at every prescribed period of the signal proportional to the output frequency of an oscillator 101, clock signals are applied to counters 103, 104, and the operating periods of the counters 103, 104 are controlled by a memory 107, a control signal circuit 108 and an operating period control circuit 106. Accordingly, the data of controlling the operation and stop of the counters and the data after the prescribed period are applied to an operating period control circuit 106, thereby accurately regulating the output from zero to the maximum. |
