PURPOSE:To output a control signal regardless of the operating state of a system and to operate the system efficiently, by outputting a control signal to a system to be monitored when a prescribed condition is satisfied between a remote control signal and monitor information. CONSTITUTION:Plural numbers of parallel monitor information 6 from the system 4 to be monitored are decoded at a parallel encoder 12 and inputted to a parallel-serial converter 11 and a matrix circuit 15 as parallel encoding monitor information 14. The information converted serially at the converter 11 is transmitted to a relay station via a telemeter line 5. The remote control signal transmitted through the line 5 is converted into a parallel signal at a serial-parallel converter 13 and inputted to the circuit 15 as parallel control information 16. This circuit 15 corresponds the monitor information 14 and the control information 16, and when the corresponding condition exists on the circuit 15, a remote control signal 7 is outputted to the system 4, allowing to operate the monitor and control device efficiently. |
