The invention relates to the field of hydraulic motors or pumps with radial pistons. A pump or motor according to the invention consists of a hollow stator 1 for housing a rotor 2 itself dish-shaped within the thickness of the walls in which cylinders 5 accommodate pistons 6 bearing on an eccentric 10 which can be moved by means 50, ducts 8 and 17 which terminate in openings 9 and 18 and whose surfaces are in contact with the rotor and the stator respectively serving to dispense the fluid.
