PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and high output by coupling a microwave FET part and a dielectric resonator in a space formed between a dielectric resonator and a ground conductor. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric resonator 15 and the ground conductor 21 are kept to a prescribed interval by a dielectric chip 22 and two microwave FET parts 9 are inserted in a space 23 formed by them. Further, an output terminal is connected to a coaxial line inner conductor 25 by a gold wire 24 and a bias terminal is connected to a bias pin 27 via a bias block 26 and a bias voltage is applied thereto. Since the FET parts 9 are connected directly to the resonator, miniaturization is attained. Since lots of the FET parts 9 are inserted to the space 23, the outputs are synthesized and high output is attained. |
