PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a succeeding job (using sorter) reservable in the case of an unused bin is present, after completing the preceding job, by detecting the whole number of originals among the preceding jobs before the job completion, even if the sorter is used in the preceding job under the execution. SOLUTION: This image forming device makes next reservation possible to be executed under process of the preceding job provided that an unused bin is present at the completion time of the preceding job, in the case of reserving the next job, when the sorter is used in the preceding job. When the number of originals is not designated in the first job, and when a sorting mode or the stuck mode is selected, the use of the sorter is prohibited at the time of setting next reservation (S30, 34 and 35). At the time of selecting the sorting mode and when the number of originals is designated for the first job, on judging whether usable bin remaining or not after completion the first job (S30 to 32), and when the usable bin is present, the sorter at the time of setting the reservation copy is made possible to be used (S33). At the time of stuck mode too, the use of the is permitted in the case of presence of the usable bin in the same way. |
