PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency by improving transmission quality and simultaneously suppressing time being in unused condition of a repeating channel to a minimum. SOLUTION: The transmission quality is periodically examined by every repeating channel and a quality condition by every channel is stored in a repeating line quality managing table in a repeating channel quality condition storage part 2 by a repeating channel quality examination part 1. When the quality condition excesses a threshold value of a repeater channel product fault, an old repeating channel quality control table in the repeating channel quality condition storage part 2 in which the quality condition before one cycle is stored is referred to. The packet communication repeating channel selector is provided with functions to judge whether the transmission quality is in the direction of degradation or in the direction of recovery, to remove the repeating channel 10 from a repeating channel selection table or to return the repeating channel 10 to the repeating channel selection table. |
