<p>PURPOSE:To instantaneously perform the quantitative analysis of the concn. of the impurity in a Freon washing solution, by measuring the quantity of infrared rays having a wavelength of 2,870cm<-1> from a light source absorbed by the -C-H bond of an org. substance. CONSTITUTION:An article to be washed is washed by Freon in a tank 1 and Freon enters a tank 2 through an impurity concn. detector 6 to be evaporated by a heater 3 while the gas evaporated is liquefied by a liquefying pipe 5 to be recovered and recirculated. Infrared rays having a wavelength of 2,870cm<-1> from a light source 8 are allowed to irradiate a comparing cell 10 filled with Freon containing no impurity and a specimen cell 1 through which washing Freon passes and the lights from both cells are respectively received by a detector 12. The quantity of infrared rays having said wavelength absorbed by the -C-H bond of an org. substance is measured and the quantitative analysis of the concn. of a dissolved contaminant can be instantaneously performed.</p> |
