PURPOSE:To quickly perform the engine speed control by constituting the first and second setting means and state detecting means with electric equipment transmitting the information as electric signals and sending an operation signal to an electric servomotor from an electric automatic controller based on these signals. CONSTITUTION:The signal from a state detecting sensor 29 is changed to the signal (b) that the drive state detection voltage is extended for a fixed time by a timer unit 32 provided on an automatic controller 30. The signal (d) from an accelerator device 24 and the signal (e) from a preset trimmer 25 are inputted to the automatic controller 30 and calculated by a comparison/arithmetic and logic unit 34 together with the signal (b), and the selection/transfer signal (f) is outputted to a switch unit 83 selectively sending either the signal (d) or (e) to a correcting means 31 as the signal (g). The correcting means 31 generates the operation signal based on the electric signal (g) of a rotating speed sensor 40 of an engine E and the automatic controller 30 and directs a servomotor 28 via a power amplifier 35.
