PURPOSE:To uniformize the temp. distribution of a cavity part and to shorten the cooling time thereof, by partitioning the space of the inside of a hollow heat insulator which touches the vicinity of the outer periphery of the rear of a die plate supporting the cavity part and separately introducing inert gas into respective spaces. CONSTITUTION:The peripheries and rears of cavity dies 16, 17 are surrounded with dies 14, 15 and die plates 12, 13 respectively which are made of a material subjected to induction heating with a coil 5. Hollow heat insulators 10, 11 are touched to the vicinities of the outer peripheries of the rears of the die plates 12, 13 and the spaces of these insides are comparted into a first spaces 10a, 11a and a second spaces 10b, 11b with partition members 20, 21. Inert gas is separately introduced into the respective spaces through introduction pipes 23, 24 and introduction ports 6, 8 formed to the supporting materials 7, 9 and exhausted into a molding chamber 4 through exhaust passages 27, 28 and exhaust ports 25, 26. At a time of temp. rise and molding, more heat can be taken away from the vicinities of the outer peripheries of the die plates with the heat insulators by introducing gas into the second spaces and at a time of temp. drop, the die plates can be quickly cooled by introducing gas into the first and second spaces.
