PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a heavy-gage ceramic green substrate, by which the warpage of a burned substrate is inhibited in the lower limit, from a light-gage ceramic green sheet free from a crack. SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet 21 fed from a green sheet roll 23 of the upper part is fed by downward placing a carrier film 27. The carrier film 27 is wound by a winder 29. On one side, a ceramic green sheet 22 fed from a green sheet roll 24 of the lower part is fed by upward placing a carrier film 28. The carrier film 28 is wound by a winder 30. In these two sheets of ceramic green sheets 21, 22, slick faces S, from which the carrier films 27, 28 have been peeled, are mutually overlapped and thermally contact-bonded by a laminator 32 and thereafter punched into a prescribed shape by a punching device 33. Heavy-gage ceramic green substrates 34 of 0.8-2 mm are produced. |
