PURPOSE:To obtain the subject seasoning having quick and fine separation of water-phase and oil phase in standing after shaking, excellent outward appearance and refreshing feeling by adding stevia extract into water-phase and putting liquid edible oil on said water-phase. CONSTITUTION:(A) (i) Seasoning liquid in which pure water, vinegar, various seasoning and spices, etc., are mixed is mixed with (ii) stevia extract as sweetener extracted from stevia in amount of preferably 0.02-1% of whole water-phase raw material to obtain water-phase, then (B) oil-phase containing liquid edible oil such as bean oil, cone oil or sesame oil, etc., is mixed with (A) to obtain the aimed seasoning. |
