PURPOSE:To prevent wiring piping from burning by putting a laser beam reflecting plate in linear motion at right angles to a beam when a beam shutter is opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter is closed to cut of the laser beam 2, a reflective holding plate 5 is at C, a dog 11 strikes on a lower stopper 12a, and the beam 2 is projected from a laser oscillation exit 1, reflected by a reflecting mirror 3 as shown by an arrow 2a, and absorbed by a damper 13. When the closed shutter is opened, the A-directional rotation of a reversible motor 9 is converted into the linear motion of the holding plate 5 by a spur gear 10 and a track 8 to move the holding plate 5 to D, the dog 11 strikes on a stopper 12b to stop the motor 9, and the beam 2 travels to 2b and exits from the shutter. When the shutter is closed, the motor 9 rotates in a direction B to move the holding plate 5 to C and the beam 2 is reflected to 2a. Namely, the shutter is opened and closed by the holding plate 5 crossing the optical path of the beam 2 longitudinally, so the beam 2 is prevented from being reflected toward the exit by a beam reflecting late chamfered part to prevent the piping wiring from burning. |
